“Are You Ready?” opens with a Top Task for most students… finding the programs offered at the university under a “Great Course Options” heading. From there it is an easy scan to find the next 8 options:

  • Latest News
  • Teaching and Learning
  • Accommodation
  • A Global Outlook
  • Business
  • Study in Malaysia

An unusual chat feature…

University of Reading“Chat to Our Students” offers an unusual feature in the chat world… a chance to talk with a student in a program of interest to “find out what it’s like to study at Reading.”

Students in 22 individual bachelor’s programs included in an “Area of Study” list are ready to answer questions. You can build a selection from more than one program and then send off your query.

Reading says that 44,998 questions have been answered since June of 2018.

A Top Task note…

Notably missing from the options is a pathway from this cluster to information about costs and scholarships. That would be a link to the “UG Home Tuition Fees” page that includes a “Money Matters” section.
